Créative France launches in New York
During the official visit to the United States of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development Jean-Marc Ayrault and the CEO of Business France and French ambassador for International Investment, Muriel Pénicaud, the international communication campaign Créative France had its American launch event on Friday morning in the salons of the Consulate General of France in New York.
The Créative France initiative, which will be deployed in the United States throughout 2016, has the objective of showcasing France’s full range of skills, expertise and talent in industry and business, its potential for innovation, its cultural and artistic energy. The United States is but one of ten countries targeted by the campaign, all selected for their reputation as vanguards in technology and design. There are currently 4,800 American firms in France, employing more than 460,000 people!
France wants to send a strong signal to the international community through this promotional campaign, which marks the revitalization of communication on France. Créative France, a new label for French business prowess, continues its charm offensive by emphasizing the importance of its historical ties with the United States.
