MoAnA Luu is an award-winning creative, who was born in Martinique. Just last year, she was appointed next chief content and creative officer at ESSENCE, after working as Chief Creative and Brand Officer at Trace Media Group, one of the biggest media company for urban music.
ESSENCE is a multimedia group based in New York, dedicated in entertaining and informing African-American women on the latest trends in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Essence Magazine is read by 8.5 million people every month, which makes it the most popular African-American women’s magazine in the country.
MoAna is responsible for both the creative content and creative direction of the magazine and brand, and uses her vast experience in creative spaces to expand the breadth and grasp of ESSENCE.
