La Grande Décoration / French Art de Vivre: A Luxurious Exhibition at the Consulate General

JPEGComité Bellecour of Lyon and Prestige & Tradition of Paris – two French associations of luxury-goods makers – are organizing the exhibition “La Grand Décoration / French Art de Vivre” on October 23-25. The three-day event, hosted by the Consulate General of France in New York, will showcase the unique savoir faire of 23 French companies working in fields as diverse as Interior Design and Decorative Arts, Interior Fabrics, Landscape Design, Couture and Jewelry. Each enterprise will exhibit masterpieces especially made for this event.

La Grande Décoration / French Art de Vivre will be open to the public on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday October 23, 24 and 25 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Consulate General of France in New York, 934 Fifth Avenue at 75th Street.

Comité Bellecour and Prestige & Tradition were both founded as platforms to champion the elegance and luxury of artistic and artisanal trades for which France is known around the world. Many of the exhibitors have already been commercially active in the U.S.
