The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, one of the oldest gastronomic and oenological associations, held a dinner at the Consulate General of France in New York yesterday, wholly dedicated to Château Mouton-Rothschild. The dinner was prepared by the Chef at La Mangeoire, Christian Delouvrier, and the Consulate Chef, Stéphane Verdille.
Since UNESCO registered the Gastronomic Meal of The French on its list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the gastronomic societies and oenological circles have been experiencing a renaissance. A renewed interest in the arts of dining and of our country, while in the kitchen our first edition of the Gastronomy Festival in New York is being prepared, to be served on September 23rd.
