The Consul General of France and Ms. Ariane Daguin rang the opening bell at Nasdaq
The Consul General of France, Mr. Bertrand Lortholary, and Ms. Ariane Daguin, co-chair of Taste of France, had the privilege of ringing the opening bell at Nasdaq.
This was a unique opportunity to announce “Taste of France”, which will take place on September 28 and 29 in Bryant Park, in the heart of Manhattan.
A key occasion of economic diplomacy, Taste of France will be the largest event promoting France ever organized outside the country.
Speach of the Consul general :
"I want to thank NASDAQ for welcoming us here today.
The second edition of Taste of France, the world’s largest event dedicated to promoting French excellence, will be held on the 28th and 29th of September in Bryant Park.
Organized by the French community, it benefits from the total support of the French government, and will be inaugurated by the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Laurent Fabius.
Taste of France is free and open to everyone. It truly is a great way for New Yorkers to discover the best that France has to offer, including its gastronomy, tourism, culture but also its industry and new technologies.
Don’t miss the opportunity to experience France in Manhattan.
So on the 28th and 29th of September, Bienvenue en France, Bienvenue à Taste of France!"
