Le Bernadin specializes in fish and seafood, melding together European and Japanese styles of cuisine. Eric Ripert is environmentally-conscious, working with regional fishers, and excluding from his menu species that are threatened with extinction.

Le Bernardin was ranked number two by the 2018 list of the best restaurants of the world that’s put together by the Quai Dorsay.
