For services which do not require a scheduled meeting : the Consulate is open to the public from 9 am to 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

- For formalities and administrative justifications concerning notarization and notariat files, contract of civil union (PACS), citizenship, military issues and other similar formalities.
Please send an email to the Chancellery.

- For the Office of Vital Statistics and Nationality formalities.
Starting August 1st, 2015, vital records and citizenship services will be transferred to the French Consulate in Washington, D.C. All other services, including passports, will remain in New York.
